The City of Buckley is continuing to update the City's Comprehensive Plan to ensure consistency with requirements of the Growth Management Act and County-wide planning policies. It is the City's goal to create a Comprehensive Plan that is useful and makes sense to its community.

- Represent the vision of the residents of the community
- Plan for the 20-year time frame
- Ensure all development regulations are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan
