Starting August 1^st, your utility bill will take on a new look.  No longer will you receive a postcard utility statement, but a new “letter” style, full-page bill with a return envelope for mailing in your payment.  Over the years we heard your request for more information and something easier to read plus the post cards were easy to lose in the mail.

Your new billing statement will have many features that you have requested over the years.  There will be graphs showing water and gas usage over the previous year so you can see if your conservation efforts are working and to help you better keep track of your usage.  In addition, we will be able to insert things like our community newsletter, notice and coupons for the Spring Cleanup and the annual water report.  We hope to include each month a calendar of community meetings and events so you will know what is happening in Buckley.  The inserts and messages will change from month to month but the City Council and employees of the City of Buckley hope that this will keep you better informed as to what is happening in town.
